After a hot afternoon, the quick stroll off campus to this location was lovely. 10-12 min for my food to be ready and awaiting me for pickup. I grabbed my bag from a friendly gentleman at the outside pickup. After strolling back to my spot to eat, I saw 3 packed tacos with wonderful ingredient proportions. I normally get their Birria Tacos, with a side of guacamole and chips. Their guac was legit packed to the brim of the container, with a hefty bag of chips to match it. Super happy with the flavors, efficiency, friendliness, and price!
Fiesta Taqueria has been an amazing addition to the downtown Bridgewater area and if you're looking for some high-quality, quick-service Mexican food then look no further. I've been to other Fiesta locations but this taqueria is head and shoulders above the rest. The menu has tacos, burritos, bowls, salads, quesadillas and a few other options available but keeps it simple with the essentials and doesn't run the risk of menu overload. The chips, guacamole and salsa are always a good way to start off things when you order from Fiesta Taqueria. I generally gravitate toward the burrito or bowl and I can assure you that the carnitas at Fiesta Taqueria is perhaps some of the best you'll find. It's always fresh tasting and expertly cooked and when in a burrito or a bowl is the protein of choice you should be going for while at Fiesta. Jarritos sodas are a perfect addition for the Mexican food; be sure to give the pineapple one a try to help balance out the heat from the salsa. Though there are some seats available, most folks grab Fiesta for takeout orders and when ordering from there orders have always been available on-time as noted when ordering. Parking out front can be a bit of a challenge so park in the town parking lot behind Fiesta for much easier access in and out.

Love how they have opened in the center of town and have great hours. We have tried a number of their burritos as well as a couple of their bowls. Portions are enormous and one order is usally enough for my wife and I. Flavor has been spot on for anything we've ordered.

Great good, drinks and atmosphere all around. Comfortable seating, enough space between tables.... I got the fajitas - they were amazing- caramelized onions n peppers, chicken.... Fresh We had a great waitress too- highly recommend
Just freaking awesome. Love the sit down restaurant in Somerset, the Bridgewater location puts Chipotle to shame! Fresh home made ingredients, made the way you like, right in front of you. Very impressed with the attention to detail, quality of the food and overall experience. Fantastic!
The food is tasty and portions are generous. The space is cute as well, perfect for quick bites. I just wish they could set up a space to store takeout orders for grab and go. The line gets really backed up during busy times and having an organized system for takeout would greatly improve the experience!
I am so happy to have found this place. It's now my families new restaurant. The burrito I had was incredibly tasty. The service was excellent. The inside had about 4 out 5 tables and limited parking. I can't wait to go back and try more
New hidden gem here in Bridgewater. Build your own burritos and bowls, along with tacos and a bunch of other things. I got a burrito and it was massive, along with chips and queso. The queso was super cheesy and delicious. The food is super authentic and the staff is so friendly! The member that helped me was not quite familiar with english but i didn't mind as he was still lovely and eventually understood what i was asking for. I really hope everyone is kind and patient with them as they do an amazing job and the food is so so good.
